Mark your calendars - it’s that time of year again! Join us for the IHE Free Educational Webinar Series 2011 which kicks off June 28th with an introduction to IHE session and runs every Tuesday & Thursday through September 1, 2011. IHE offers over a dozen webinars that will help clinical end users learn how use of IHE-based products solves interoperability challenges. Product vendors discover why implementing IHE into health IT products is a smart business decision. Particularly relevant to those based in Canada and USA, the Series is also critical to help prepare for the registration in the 2012 IHE North American Connectathon and HIMSS 12 Interoperability Showcase.
"The series provides insights from thought leaders who can explain the value of standards-based interoperability as well as the clinical and administrative benefits for end-users who implement IHE-based solutions and for vendors who develop and offer IHE-based products," stated Joyce Sensmeier, Vice President of Informatics for HIMSS.
Webinar sessions will present new profiles in each of the IHE clinical and operational domains and highlight how to participate in IHE's Domain Committees, National Deployment Committees, Connectathons and demonstrations.
